All of my products are home produced and processed in a kitchen that may process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish.
Can you ship cookies?
Shipping is available in Tennessee only at this time.

Mama Duck Cakery specializes in creating delicious and visually stunning baked goods. Although I offer a wide range of desserts, my custom cookies are a standout option that truly showcase my creativity. I am always happy to collaborate with clients and create something unique that exceeds their expectations.

How much notice do you need?
I recommend at least 2 weeks notice for most orders. Payment is due one week prior to pickup.
Can you make character cookies?
Custom character cookies & copyright logos may be available at an additional fee due to complexity of design.
How long do cookies stay fresh?
Sugar cookies have a long shelf life. They stay fresh for up to two weeks when kept in favor bags or an air-tight container at room temperature. Keep them out of direct sunlight. The sun can fade the colors.
Sugar cookies freeze beautifully for later enjoyment. Cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months.
If you decide to freeze:
1. Place cookies in an airtight container. If you can stack them on their side (like books) that is best. If not, try not to stack more than two cookies on top of each other, as the details can get crushed.
2. Place container in the freezer. Try not to put anything heavy on top of the container that could crush the cookies.
3. The night before your event, set the container on the counter away from the sun and allow the cookies to come to room temperature (8-10 hours.) Do not open the container while your cookies are thawing. I know it is tempting, but if the condensation gets on your cookies it could ruin the icing. Do not expose cookies to air while they are cold. Condensation will appear on cold cookies that are not wrapped, ruining the icing.

Do you offer gluten free/ dairy free/ vegan products?
I do not offer gluten-free, vegan, or dairy-free products at this time.

What are flash sales and pre-orders?
A flash sale is a substantially discounted sale on pre-made cookies for immediate or next day pick up.

A pre-sale offers specific designs, some customizable, that you can pre-purchase before a specific date & time. I hold pre-sales around select holidays throughout the year.

FULFILLMENT POLICIES
Please contact me via email or order form, see link above, with as much detail as possible- date needed, celebration/ event, design ideas, quantity, flavor, color scheme, etc. We'll discuss and you'll receive a price quote if I am available to take your order. Your order is not placed until full payment is received.

If you have paid for an order but need to cancel the order, you will receive 100% refund if cancellation is at least 7 days prior to pick up. There are no refunds for orders cancelled less than one week from pick up. Due to the custom nature of my products, there are no returns or exchanges.
If you placed an order during a presale and do not pick up your order, a refund will not be issued. I can freeze your order and keep them fresh for you until you are able to pick them up!

Items that are damaged for not following the care instructions or by negligence (failure to use reasonable care, resulting in damage) will not be replaced.
If your package is missing or has been returned to me, please reach out and I will do my best to resolve the issue! Please note- if your package is undeliverable because you input an incorrect address, you will need to pay another shipping fee or I can cancel your order.
